In a joint effort, Arcade Marketing and Bioplan have partnered together as “Arcade Beauty” to become the world's leading provider of sampling solutions and promotional packaging technologies utilized by some of the industry’s top beauty brands— from L'Oreal to Shiseido, Lancome and beyond. They came to us with the goal of repositioning themselves by building a fresh, from-the-ground-up B2B service that would not only amplify their global brand presence but inspire confidence and innovation from within.
When Arcade Beauty came to the team, they had two essential requirements for the site: to make it fully responsive and accessible from all devices, with an emphasis on mobile and to build out all new signature search functionalities. Our team worked closely with Arcade Beauty to devise a brand new user experience for their existing clients and potential future customers. Along with a complete design overhaul and new UX perspective, our team implemented intuitive Smart Search functionalities utilizing user task analysis, predictive search, step by step prompts, and an ultra clear categorization of products. Consolidated, these new features delivered frictionless navigation and allowed users to predict complex product names, selections and lead times, while providing users with solutions relevant to their specific needs.
My team built the site using Sitecore (CMS), a leading digital experience platform with user-friendly features. This allowed the launch of an e-commerce-ready, responsive and multilingual site with superior usability. The flexibility, scalability and reliability of the system made it the perfect choice for the Arcade Beauty team.
